CHAMPAIGN — The newest honorary member of the CU Sunrise Rotary Club is also the youngest and, arguably, the cutest: He’s an 8-month-old goldendoodle puppy. Cooper’s new role as Rotary mascot is supplemental to his upcoming full-time job as comfort dog for the Champaign County Children’s Advocacy Center.
