Happy Tuesday! Our dry conditions are coming to an end today. A chance of showers will cross through our region, and likely stick around for a couple of days.

Showers cross through the region in the late morning, early afternoon, coming from the west side of the state. We’re going to have some rain drops on the drive home tonight, around 5 to 7 p.m., and maybe some sprinkles tomorrow morning as well. It will not necessarily be dry over the next few days.

Windy conditions are also going to affect us. As our Tuesday moves forward, wind gusts pick up as high as 25 miles per hour in the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla, and 21 miles per hour in Ellensburg.

    HIGHS

Tonight, showers and breezy conditions continue. Into Wednesday, temperatures drop to the lower-60s. This drop in temperatures and rise in winds will bring on a chance of thunderstorms in the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla on Wednesday in the late morning.

    TONIGHT

After tomorrow, temps are on the rise through the end of the week and while we may see showers again throughout the week, it’s shaping up nicely for Memorial Day on Monday, warm and sunny.
