Coach K camp where it all starts for Tigers
MARIETTA — Emma Middleton remembers attending the Coach K Volleyball Camp when she was younger and the impact it had on her. “I won this trophy and I was so proud of it,” the Marietta High senior recalled. “It was huge. Harrison and Doddridge County United Way set to host Annual Cruisin’ for a Cause
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - This weekend the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge county is hosting their annual Cruisin’ for a Cause event. Hosted by RG’s Almost Heaven Harley Davidson, located in Bridgeport. The third annual gathering looks to raise funds for a total of 22 causes the local United Way’s are choosing to tackle. By taking a cruise throughout Harrison county. All of the proceeds for Saturday’s event stays locally, so this is a perfect way to kick off your summer while still managing to contribute to the local economy. The event will be in the style of a poker run; with a chance to come away with cash prizes. However, even if motorcycles aren’t your thing just hop in the car and join the route. PENNSBORO, W.Va. (WDTV) - Two people died in a fire Sunday morning in Ritchie County, according to the Pennsboro Volunteer Fire Department. Crews responded to a home explosion just outside of the the Pennsboro city limits at 8:37 a.m. Sunday morning.
