Covered Bridge Jams 2024 schedule released

ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — The schedule for the 2024 Covered Bridge Jams, a summer concert series, was released on Monday.

Covered Bridge Jams is a weekly concert series running from June through August at Covered Bridge Park in Elizabethton. Music ranging from country, bluegrass, blues and rock will be featured at the event.

“We are extremely excited about this year’s concert series and hope that citizens in this community and those in our surrounding areas will come out and enjoy some great music in a beautiful park setting,” Recreation Manager David Nanney said in a press release.

A Bluegrass Jamboree will take place at noon on June 15. On July 4, an Independence Day Celebration will start at 8 p.m.

Rockin’ on the Doe, featuring an Eagles tribute band, will start at 5 p.m. on Aug. 24

Other shows will take place on Saturdays from 7 – 9 p.m.
