Hertford man arrested, charged in Winfall slaying
WINFALL — A Hertford man has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of a second man who the Perquimans sheriff says died earlier this month from “blunt force trauma” injuries. Guadalupe Andres Martin, 26, of the 200 block of Meads Circle, was arrested Nov. 15 for the slaying death of Marcos Domingo Velazquez, 43, according to court records.
