Alabama nurse, mother of six, killed in Georgia crash
An Alabama woman died Wednesday afternoon following a collision with a tractor-trailer on Interstate 20 in Georgia. Brandy Rodgers, 39, of Oxford, died in the crash at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday. One of the biggest AHSAA volleyball classification changes this season involves 13-time Class 1A or Class 2A state champion Donoho moving up to Class 3A. The Falcons have won 12 Class 1A titles, the first coming in 1979, and the 2022 Class 2A championship. From 2019 to 2022, Donoho won to the championship match all four seasons with three titles.
