Brownsboro sending six to next level
BROWNSBORO — Six students from Brownsboro High School signed to continue their respective sport or activity at the next level on Monday morning inside the Brownsboro gym. Twins Khayla and Khyra Garrett will go to National Park College for basketball. Madi Hernandez is also going to National Park College for soccer. Michelle Lewis will play basketball and run track at Hesston College. David Seagroves will play football for McMurry University. Jay Williams will be an athletic trainer for Stephen F. Austin State University.

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The UT Tyler Patriots are headed to their third straight NCAA Division II World Series after defeating Oklahoma Christian 3-0 on Wednesday. STEPHENVILLE, Texas (KLTV) - Former Lindale Eagle Mason Hammonds scored three times and had three hits in Tarleton’s doublheader split with Utah Valley on Saturday. Batting leadoff and starting at third base, the senior was 0-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored in the first game, which Tarleton lost, 11-7.
