VIPD officers arrested a St. Thomas man Friday for stealing electronic devices from his wife, the V.I. Police Department reported. At approximately., 12:20 p.m., Rasheen St. Juste, 45, was placed under arrest and charged with grand larceny. His wife identified St. Juste as the person who stole her laptop, iPad and other belongings from R2R Lounge, a business that is owned by the couple, according to the police report.
