WATERVILLE, Maine — A female was brought to the hospital after falling over the railing near a bridge in Waterville Monday afternoon. Waterville Fire-Rescue told NEWS CENTER Maine first responders arrived near the area of Two Cent Bridge at the head of the falls along the Kennebec River around 3:45 p.m.
