Sidney Man Facing Six-Count Drug Indictment
A Sidney man is facing six counts of drug-related charges after being indicted on Thursday in Delaware County. The Delaware County District Attorney says Charles A. Walsh was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
Margaretville Woman Charged With Driving While Impaired
A woman with a prior misdemeanor DWI conviction was charged with a felony DWI on Thursday in Delaware County. According to the Delaware County District Attorney, Kim Kraemer was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree. Both charges are felonies.

Emotional Ties: A Solo Exhibition
In the Fine Arts building in the solo exhibition room on display was Chrisine Schmitt’s work called Emotional Ties. The exhibition is one of beauty, meaning, and creativity. Her display featured sculptures, wall art, and photos of models wearing clothes she made with yarn. She crocheted the whole display. In the room stood several sculptures with names that are emotions a person can feel such as “Frustration” and “Confidence”. The ceiling had strings of yarn going in every direction and many colors. The photos contained models wearing various articles of crocheted clothing and in different poses. Her wall art was various crocheted patterns and decals suspended from the ceiling.
