PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Two people were taken to local hospitals in connection with a two-car accident on North Knoxville Avenue where one person was trapped inside a vehicle. PEORIA (25News Now) - Four adults are displaced and two pets are dead after a house fire in Peoria Saturday afternoon. Around 4 p.m., Peoria firefighters responded to a reported structure fire at 1823 S. Arago Street. Once crews got there, they found heavy smoke and flames from the first floor of the two-and-a-half-story home. Fire damage was contained to the first floor.
