Lapeer Sends All Four Regional Qualifiers to Division 1 State Finals at Ford Field on March 1
The Lapeer Lightning will be sending all four of its regional qualifiers to the Division 1 state finals at Ford Field on March 1, marking the first time since 2015 that Lapeer has had four wrestlers in the state finals. Conner Haslett finished third at 106 lbs, Jaylen Gosciniak placed second at 113, Austen Murphy placed fourth at 157, and Jase Fuller took fourth at 285. Additionally, Lapeer was represented by three wrestlers at the girls’ regional tournament, but each suffered defeat.
