Congregation Coffee to open a Collierville location | Exclusive
When Kenneth Schweighofer opened Congregation Coffee in Germantown in late December 2023, he wanted to create a space where people could gather and talk as they enjoyed a cup of coffee. More than two years later Schweighofer — who owns the Congregation retail center on Forest Hill Irene Road, which Congregation Coffee anchors — believes he has accomplished that. Now, he aims to bring that same atmosphere to a second location in Collierville. Schweighofer told The Commercial Appeal on Oct. 30 that Congregation Coffee is expected to open in a 2,000-square-feet retail space in Collierville’s Water Tower District at Schilling Farms mixed-use development in December. He said the plan is to open the second location before Christmas, but didn’t provide a firm date.
