ROCHESTER, Minn.- May is national bike month and Kellogg Middle School is working to help students gain more independence and skills with a new after-school program. The school is working with We Bike Rochester volunteers to make this happen. These volunteers are offering a six week after-school program to help students learn bike handling skills and bike safety.
