Bend landscaping company gives back to veterans this Memorial Day
A landscaping company wanted to give back to veterans this Memorial Day. HighTide Landscape did a promotion around Memorial Day weekend to find a veteran they could give back to. The landscaping company wanted to provide a landscape renovation to a veteran's home, free of charge. They chose a Vietnam veteran, Richard, who served in the Air Force for over five years. The landscaping consisted of a full yard cleanup, putting in rocks and, new plants, as well as a new drip irrigation system.
