ST. LOUIS — A pair of lawsuits filed Friday in St. Louis Circuit Court allege a St. Louis police officer abused citizens, including the owner of Bar:PM in December 2023. Officer Ramelle Wallace is named as a defendant in both lawsuits, which detail incidents that occurred months apart. Wallace, who has been with the department since 2008, has not been charged with a crime.
