Former Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio slammed harshly by Dolphins player

Vic Fangio was the head coach of the Denver Broncos from 2019-21. Though he found more success than either Vance Joseph or Nathaniel Hackett, he's remembered by most in the same negative light as those coaches.

Now, a member of the Miami Dolphins, where Fangio served as the defensive coordinator last season, has decided to lay into his former coach in a big way.

The Dolphins were one of the better teams in the AFC last season with a defense that ranked in the top 10 in the league in yards allowed per game. But it sure seems like Holland did not like playing for Fangio, something that always seemed to be the case with many players during his time with the Broncos.

Miami Dolphins' defense has done "a complete 180" since moving on from Vic Fangio

Holland didn't mince words. He also said that the main difference between Fangio and the team's new defensive coordinator, Anthony Weaver, is that Weaver is a "good person". Ouch.

Fangio is now the defensive coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles, signing with them this past January after parting ways with the Dolphins. He has hinted at making this the final stop of his career and hopefully for the Eagles, he builds a better rapport with the players there.

At the same time, it's unlikely that a 65-year-old man who has been coaching at some level since 1980, is going to change his ways to appease anyone.

Fangio went 19-30 in three seasons with the Broncos, the only head coaching job of his career.
