Frostbite Four | Dakota Life
The Frostbite Four Mid-Winter Classic is a four or two mile run/walk held each February in Beresford, South Dakota. Nate Wek is currently the sports content producer and sports and rec beat reporter for South Dakota Public Broadcasting. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism Broadcasting and a minor in Leadership. From 2010-2013 Nate was the Director of Gameday Media for the Sioux Falls Storm (Indoor Football League) football team. He also spent 2012 and 2013 as the News and Sports Director of KSDJ Radio in Brookings, SD. Nate, his wife Sarah, and two kids Braxan and Jordy, live in Canton, SD.

Marion man convicted of 46 charges against child
TURNER COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) — A Marion man was convicted Thursday on 46 criminal charges against a child, according to the South Dakota Office of the Attorney General. 60-year-old Daniel Leroy Ringuette was found guilty on all 46 counts by a Turner County jury which include first degree rape domestic, aggravated incest and sexual contact with a child under 16 domestic.
