5 Best Restaurants in Saint Paul, Minnesota You Need to Try Before Everyone Else Finds Them
Saint Paul, Minnesota — a city where the Mississippi bends in a slow, thoughtful arc, where Victorian mansions stand shoulder to shoulder with painted porches and corner bars, where the air is thick with the scent of coffee, cardamom, and barbecue smoke. Here, the streets hum with the footsteps of Hmong grandmothers, Irish musicians, Somali shopkeepers, and college kids with dreams as wide as the river. It’s a city stitched together by memory and migration, by the laughter of families at Como Park and the quiet wisdom of old-timers who remember when the streetcars still sang.

Disney's Newsies coming to stage at Central High School
Saint Paul Central High School is proud to present Disney's Newsies. This fall, 135 students have been hard at work - preparing every aspect of this production. The pit orchestra is made up entirely of students, and led by senior Lula Eian. E"very technical aspect is covered by the students, under the mentorship of an incredible creative team: sets are built, costumes created, lights set, sound run and more. And, the message shared by the cast through precise and enthusiastic dancing and singing is one that we need to hear now more than ever: we are stronger together than apart (“Once and For All”), and we need to stand up for those who can’t and courage is when we face our fear (“Seize the Day”)," say organizers.
