The Hollywood Farmers Market will hold its last market of the year this Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will feature items perfect for Thanksgiving. These include fresh local meats from Waltz Family Farm, and seasonal carrots and greens from Blue Berwyn Farm. McCleaf’s Orchard will be offering apples and apple cider, and Honey Glow will be selling honey.

Every year, the Palmer Ridge community comes together to fundraise for “The Harvest of Love.” Donations are accepted in the form of canned foods or money, and given to the Tri-lakes Cares. The community benefits directly from these donations. This fundraiser is marked by a spirit week- a week of themed dress up days. Students that participate are encouraged to donate.

The Marriotts Ridge theater program, run by Mrs. Laura Greffen, performed their first musical of the year, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on November 9th, 10th and 11th. Students in the musical put a great deal of effort into rehearsing and performing this musical for all to enjoy and they share the process and their opinion on their final performance.
