The Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves will play Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Friday night. Dallas beat Minnesota in Game 1, stealing a huge road victory. Looking to take a commanding 2-0 lead, Dallas has an opportunity to steal both games on the road and head home for an opportunity to sweep.

The Mavericks have released their injury report for Game 2, and Luka Doncic was initially listed as probable with left ankle soreness and a right knee sprain, but was upgraded to available. This is the same injury listing that Doncic has had throughout this postseason, and his status has toggled between questionable and probable.

The probable listing meant that Doncic was expected to play, and he was ultimately upgraded to available. It is no secret that Doncic has been battling various injuries throughout these playoffs, and he hasn't been moving quite like his usual self to start Game 2, but has still been solid for Dallas.

Doncic’s production has not been quite where fans are used to seeing it, but the Mavericks star has still been fantastic this postseason. Averaging 27.7 PPG, 9.4 RPG, and a playoff leading 9.0 APG, Doncic has been great for the Mavericks.

This Game 2 is a huge opportunity for Dallas, and one they will look to take advantage of against a Timberwolves team that just eliminated the defending champion Denver Nuggets in seven games.
