Patrick Mahomes Is Trending After Wife's Viral Photo

Brittany Mahomes made her husband, Patrick Mahomes, the talk of the sports world during the Dallas Mavericks-Minnesota Timberwolves Game 1 on Tuesday.
The Kansas City Chiefs QB is a Texas native and is a big fan of the Mavericks. And so as his hometown team faced off against the Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals, he was in full fan mode.
Brittany made sure to show her followers how Patrick the fan and not the Chiefs QB looked like in such moment, as she took a picture of the three-time Super Bowl champion while watching the game.
On her Instagram Story, Brittany shared a photo of the Chiefs superstar while he's glued on the television. She captioned it with, "He is locked in..." along with a laughing emoji.
It's unknown in what moment during the game did Brittany secretly take the photo, but we can only assume that it's during crunch time when the Mavericks and Timberwolves were in a tight back-and-forth.
The Mavs eventually took the 108-105 win to draw first-blood and get the series lead.
For what it's worth, Mahomes was really tuned in throughout, even posting on social media during halftime to tell the Mavs they need to make some 3-pointers.

Game 2 of the Mavs-Timberwolves series is on Friday, and then it shifts to Dallas for Game 3 starting Sunday. Sure enough, it's safe to assume that Mahomes will be tuning in for the contest again.
Who knows, he might attend the Mavs' Game 3 when they play at home!
