NBA Legend Dirk Nowitzki's One-Word Reaction to Mavericks' Game 1 Victory

The Dallas Mavericks went on the road during game 1 of the 2024 Western Conference Finals and defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, by a score of 108-105.

It was a thrilling, back and forth contest that came down to the game's final possessions.

Mavericks stars Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic combined for 63 points, and looked like the two best players on the court during the game's final moments.

And now the Mavericks have done away with the home court advantage that the Timberwolves entered this conference finals series with.

NBA legend and 2023 NBA Hall of Fame inductee Dirk Nowitzki spent his entire 21-season career with Dallas.

And Dirk took to X to let fans know how he felt about the Mavericks' big win on Wednesday.

"Yessir," Nowitzki wrote on X.

Nowitzki has never been known for being much of a talker. Although Mavericks fans love him for it.

"WE LOVE YOU DIRK." one fan responded.

"Go rub the Dirk magic on everyone for game 2. We need some 3s next game," said another.
