$57.7M industrial project in the pipeline for Walsh development
Nashville, Tennessee-based Hamilton Development plans to construct a $57.7-million warehouse and office project in the Walsh development. In its first Texas project, Hamilton is building an approximately 1 million-square-foot warehouse that will include 6,000 square feet of office space. The project began construction on Oct. 15, according to a state filing, and is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2027.
