HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Police arrested a Harlan County man after a standoff on Tuesday. Police said Jonathan Mitchell, 31, of Cranks, tried running away when police showed up to a home serving a warrant. After setting a perimeter, police said Mitchell began to barricade himself in the home.
