AKRON, Pa. -- Law enforcement recently apprehended a 28-year-old landlord suspected of setting fire to his tenants' residence out of frustration. According to a statement issued by the West Earl Township Police Department, the incident unfolded on March 23, just before 2:15 a.m., when officers were dispatched to 312 South 10th St. in response to a reported "civil issue." Allegedly, Ronald Frisbie III, the landlord, became agitated with his tenants following purported damage to a washer and dryer unit.
