ST CHARLES, Mo. — Two people were taken into custody after a SWAT team situation at a home in St. Charles, the city's police department told 5 On Your Side at the scene. Officers were serving a felony warrant for stealing on Wednesday at a home on Expedition Trail Court at around 11:28 a.m. when the situation began, the department said.
