Flathead Co. law enforcement to step up seat belt enforcement
KALISPELL, Mont. — Law enforcement in Flathead County will step up patrols in Kalispell during Memorial Day Weekend into the summer, with increased seat belt enforcement. Montana law requires all vehicle occupants to wear a seat belt, tickets can be issued if a driver or passenger is found not wearing a seat belt.
