KRT announces new program KRT Plus
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - KRT Plus will be rolling out as a pilot program for the public transportation organization KRT. Sean Hill, executive director of KRT, said KRT Plus will include three new ways of traveling in three zones of Charleston during the pilot period.
