ITHACA, N.Y. — The 500 block of South Cayuga Street will close for three weeks as construction crews replace a water main that is in “poor condition.”. The project will last from May 20 until June 13, during which crews will replace approximately 380 feet of the water main, followed by pavement restoration at the site. The block will be closed entirely for thru-traffic, but local and emergency access will be maintained.
