Woman pleads guilty to shooting Pa. prosecutor, sentenced to several years in prison
A Pennsylvania woman pleaded guilty Monday to shooting a county prosecutor after a confrontation about a property transfer and was sentenced to several years in prison. Porice Diamond Mincy pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for shooting Cameron County District Attorney Paul J. Malizia in the leg at Malizia’s law office last June.
Clarion Man Accused of Intentionally Failing to Scan Items on Several Occasions at Walmart
MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police say a Clarion man reportedly stole items from Walmart on five separate occasions. According to court documents, Clarion-based State Police filed the following criminal charges against 39-year-old John Alden McCullough III, of Clarion, in District Judge Jeffrey Miller’s office on May 1:
