That's why Thursday is an Impact Period," WGAL Meteorologist Ethan Huston said. "We're talking about a slushy coating in some locations. I do expect if we see accumulations, it's going to be on the grass. But if you're northeast of Harrisburg, especially the higher elevations of Lebanon, Schuylkill and Dauphin counties, there could be a coating on the roadways."
