Man suffers serious injuries in Camden County crash
CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ) A Halfway, Missouri, man suffered serious injuries early Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash in Camden County in the southbound lane of Highway 73, about 422 feet south of Pennington Drive, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. Wagons for Warriors is next weekend
Wagons for Warriors will hold its annual gathering of chuck wagons next weekend, May 24-27. The organization’s website says that funds raised from the event will be donated to local active service members and veterans in need. “Last year we donated $50,000 to the Fisher House in Columbia,” WW President Stephen Hull said. Hull said The Fisher House provides a place for veterans and their families to stay during hospital visits. With the exceptions of Friday’s chuckwagon parade through Lebanon at 11 a.m., the weekend’s events will take place at the Laclede County Fairgrounds (500 W. Elm St).
