Jamestown teen dies in crash on West Jamestown road
Investigators say a Jeep was speeding before crashing along a Mercer County Road late Sunday, killing the driver. According to coroner John Libonati, the 17-year-old boy from Jamestown was driving the Jeep Cherokee along the 600 block of West Jamestown Road just before 8 p.m. when it veered over into the opposite traffic lane, before traveling back, losing control, and driving 200 feet before crashing into a cluster of trees.
