Red Lobster has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection a week after closing dozens of restaurants nationwide. In a court filing late Sunday, the seafood chain said it has more than 100,000 creditors and estimated assets between $1 billion and $10 billion. New York man charged after crashing car into house while overdosing
(WJET/WFXP) — A New York man was taken into custody on multiple charges after allegedly suffering a drug overdose that led him to crash into a house. Police were called to a southside residence in Jamestown for a car into a house around 11:24 a.m. on May 15 where they reportedly found 39-year-old Justin K. Kopta, of Jamestown, overdosing next to his car.
