You could smell the Old Bay seasoning and the Crawfish from blocks away from the downtown square, and that could only mean one thing — Saturday was Cajun Fest day in Celina. Along with the smell of crawfish, you could also hear music from the main stage as you walked closer to the square, where thousands of people gathered to get their cajun fix, browse and shop the many vendors selling their wares or promoting their services, or park their lawn chairs in the middle of the street to get as close to the stage as possible to enjoy the music.
