Crews making progress on removal of College Lake Dam
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Construction crews are making progress on the removal of College Lake Dam in Lynchburg. During the Lynchburg City Council work session Tuesday afternoon, council was given an update on the project from Lynchburg Water Resources Director Timothy Mitchell.
