Pasquotank is holding a fourth round of bidding to find a contractor to oversee construction of phase one of the county’s $2 million new park in Newland. Nicholas Lippincott from Shiloh Church's Boy Scout Troop 221 has chosen a challenging project to complete his journey of earning the highest-ranking badge in Boy Scouts of America.
