On Saturday, Mt. Pleasant didn't have too much trouble with Grundy County on the road as they won 68-52. The win made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Pleasant. Mt. Pleasant got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nick Brown out in front who scored 22 points along with seven rebounds. Creekside Behavioral Health now open in Bridgeport. The City of Bridgeport held its State of the City address last Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the new Creekside Hospital. McMinnville: Stolen Minivan Recovered
According to the Facebook page of Chris Stanford, District Attorney General for the 31st Judicial District, On February 21, 2024, Warren County Sheriff Investigators Jared Jacobs and Kelly Carter began an investigation into the recovery of a stolen 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan, resulting in the arrest of Matthew Bloodworth, age 34 from Shocowinty, North Carolina, and Shelby Libengood, age 26, from Grimland, North Carolina on active warrants out of North Carolina. Jacobs and Carter, along with MPD Sgt. Joseph Butler, received information that the stolen vehicle would be traveling through the Warren County area.

Fire damages Main Street structure
A multi-alarm fire on Main Street destroyed a residence Sunday, Feb. 18, with numerous fire agencies answering the call. The blaze heavily damaged 512 Main Street and led to an extensive battle by fire fighters. While Chief Mark Neal said it is unclear what started the fire, it is suspected it may have begun in the right rear of the building. The Chief thanked everyone for their help in stopping the flames from spreading to other structures.

Within those 390, there are 42 students in the Top 10 Percent, who are recognized for their diligence and determination throughout their whole high school careers. That said, the Top 10 Percent is determined because of class rank, GPA–or maintaining a GPA of 4.0 through all of highschool–and the obligation of taking an honors class in each core subject.
