CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Even with extreme temperatures, many people still have to work outside, which can create all sorts of health risks that are related to the heat. Leaders at the Cincinnati Fire Department said they have seen an uptick in calls on Monday, including brush fires, heat exposure, and trouble breathing. Assistant Fire Chief Matt Flagler said the department has seen a 12% increase in runs compared to a normal Monday.
