MANITOWOC – Stacy Rendon praises the Lakeshore area’s recovery homes, but says there’s a need for faith-based accommodations as well. Stacy and her husband Raul run a ministry called ZION, or Zealous Individuals Off Narcotics. It's part of the nonprofit Creating4Jesus Inc.
