Tudor’s has new offer to celebrate ‘Best Biscuit’ win

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — After Garden & Gun named Tudor’s Biscuit World’s “Mountaineer” The South’s Best Biscuit , the chain is celebrating with a customer appreciation day.

The “Mountaineer” features country ham, potato, egg, and cheese on a Tudor’s buttermilk biscuit and took 56% of the final vote in a bracket-style competition to win the title of The South’s Best Biscuit.

Biscuits from Whataburger, Biscuitville, Bojangles, Handsome Biscuit and Parker’s Kitchen were also in the competition.

On Monday, April 22, Tudor’s customers will be able to celebrate with a buy-one-get-one-free deal on its “Mountaineer” and “Thundering Herd” biscuits.

The “Thundering Herd” features sausage, potato, egg and cheese on a Tudor’s buttermilk biscuit.
