Fort Myers sets Nov. 16 Billy Creek Apartments PUD hearing

Fort Myers City Council will consider approving the Billy Creek Apartments Planned Unit Development at 1455 Lockwood Drive. Council set a Nov. 16 public hearing to consider the project, a 96-unit multifamily complex proposed by property owner Luis Jurado of Premiere Development Solutions LLC. It includes a clubhouse, playground, pedestrian bridge, green space and a potential dock for nonmotorized boats, according to a staff report. The plan calls for developing five of the site’s 8 acres, with the remaining acreage reserved as wetlands.
