Woman accused of smuggling contraband in Washington County prison
PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Pensacola woman was arrested in Washington County after allegedly trying to smuggle contraband into a detention facility. Deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office say the incident occurred on May 18 at the Northwest Florida Reception Center (NWFL) when 25-year-old Emmreiana Marie Howard was visiting an inmate.

Kinsley Cook, a Bonifay resident, has recently come aboard Holmes County Advertiser and Washington County News as an intern. Cook is currently a full-time student at Chipola College located in Marianna–one semester away from her associates of arts degree in communications. She is a ministry associate over media at her local church, First Baptist Bonifay. Cook is also a member of Chipola’s show choir group and has several years of musical background.
