Grand Jury Indicts Two for Assaulting Infant
The man and woman who allegedly broke a child’s arms and legs and left her with permanent injuries have been indicted for attempted murder. Kayla Michelle Evers, 31, and Parker Delane Spaulding, 29, were initially arrested March 9, 2020 on charges of negligent child abuse causing serious bodily injury. They were each placed under $250,000 secured bond. Their address was listed as 5640 Sam Potts Hwy., Hallsboro.

DAYTON, OHIO (WKEF/WRGT) - Fairmont High School alumna Maddy Westbeld has made a significant impact with Notre Dame women's basketball. In the 2023-24 season alone, she was named to the All-ACC regular season Second Team, the All-Tournament Team, and helped lead the Irish to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
