If your child is in Kindergarten through 4th grade and is struggling to read or write, the YWCA in Alton is bringing back a program for its 2nd year that tackles those issues head-on. The Riverbend Reading and Phonics Fun program complements the Alton and Wood River-Hartford school districts' curricula.
