CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A Jones County Veterans group honored one of its members who died in a motorcycle accident three years ago. Chuck Mincks was a retired Marine and Cedar Rapids Police Lieutenant. He was also a member of the Teufelhund Veterans Group of Anamosa. Mincks was honoring another avid motorcycle rider in 2021 when he was involved in a motorcycle accident in Jones County.
