SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A load carried by a tractor-trailer got stuck at an overpass on Portsmouth Blvd. in Suffolk on Friday. The crash led to the closure of westbound Portsmouth Blvd. (Business 460) in the 900 block of Portsmouth Blvd., just down the road from the Food Lion shopping center.
