WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A brief standoff in Iola between law enforcement and a wanted suspect ended when the suspect died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident began at 6:30 Tuesday night when officers from Iola, Allen County and the Kansas Highway Patrol contacted the 22-year-old Chase Bishop, who refused to exit a home in the 800 block of E. Jackson Avenue.
