OAKLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A hearing for an Oil City woman accused of falsely reporting a domestic assault in Oakland Township is scheduled for next Wednesday. Court documents indicate a preliminary hearing for 34-year-old Elizabeth Dolori Dykins, of Oil City, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29, at 1:30 p.m. in Venango County Central Court.
